Hair and Makeup Artist, Alice Theobald, reveals how to get the Health & Fitness Magazine buff beauty look and the four steps to no-sweat glamour...

'Okay, so I have a little home gym - or, if I'm away on location, I'll use hotel gyms. I do 10 minutes a day of yoga when my call times are not too crazy early! So maybe I'll work out three to four times a week. It’s my favourite way to start my day!'

This is how our amazing Hair and Makeup Artist, Alice Theobald, looks so glowingly healthy all the time. Plus, of course, she knows exactly how to achieve natural beauty with the right touch of a hair and makeup brush which is why Veronique, Health & Fitness Magazine's latest work-out model, looks so fabulously buff.

For the shoot she prepped Veronique's skin with Active Glow by Active Silver and then used with her fav Cosmetics A La Carte Foundation Brush to apply A La Carte Flawless Foundation and Perfect Cover Concealer to base contour. For extreme contour she went in with Rodial Contour Compact. Those flawless brows were defined with Rodial's Glamobrow in Ash Brown, brushed up and set using A La Carte Brow Fix. On the eyes she used Shimmer Outliner cream shadows from A La Carte, rimming the waterline with Chanel's Le Crayon Kohl in 69 Clair and finishing the eye with a coat of Divine Lash in Black from A La Carte.

She lined the lips with Spice by MAC and filled with 402 Adrienne Rouge from Chanel.

For the hair, Alice used Yarok Feed Your Roots Mousse combed from root to tip and then blow-dryed and finished with Feed Your Hold Hairspray and Styling Whip from

Here are Alice's four steps to no-sweat glamour in the gym:

1) Try and keep your skin free of makeup if you work out regularly as it can create blemishes.

2) Tint eyebrows and lashes for makeup free definition.

3) Give your body a healthy tanned glow using UTan & Tone - Coconut Water on your face and Turbo Tan for your body.

4) If you feel naked without makeup make sure you go waterproof to prevent sweating it off.
